【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsfordesign,construction,performance,suitabilityforuse,safetyandhygieneofrefrigeratedbulkbovinemilkcoolersandtherelatedmethodsoftest.Itappliestorefrigeratedbulkmilktankswithaircooledcondensingunitsandautomaticcontrolintendedforinstallationonfarmsoratmilkcollectingpoints.Itappliestotanksfortwomilkings(24h),fourmilkings(48h)andsixmilkings(72h),inwhichthecoolingtakesplacetotallyorpartiallywithinthetank.Performancerequirementsin5.4.1.2.1and5.4.1.2.2donotapplytotankswherecoolingdoesnottakeplacetotallywithinthetanknorwherethetankisassociatedwithacontinuoussystemofmilking(e.g.milkingwithrobot).2ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcover:—mobiletanks;—tanksintendedtobetiltedfordrainage;—equipmentfordeliveringthemilktothetank;—equipmentforpre-coolingorinstantcoolingofthemilk.3Thisstandardcoverssignificanthazardsatmachinesfallingwithinthisscopewhenusedasintendedbythemanufacturerandasidentifiedbyriskassessment(seeEN1050:1997).Noiseisnotconsideredtobeasignificanthazardforbulkmilkcoolers.Thisstandardincludesinformationin7.1andinannexAconcerningthemanufacturer'sdeclarationofthenoiseemissionlevelofthecooler.4Thisstandarddoesnotcoverthecalibrationrequirementsforthetanktobeusedasasystemforpaymentpurpose.5Thisstandardappliesprimarilytothemachineswhicharemanufacturedafteritsdateofissue.
