【摘要】:Afterwaterbornetrafficpaintsareappliedtoaroad,airstrip,orparkinglotpavement,itisimportantthatthepaintfilmsbesufficientlyhardened,coalesced,orcuredsotheywillnotberemovedbyrain.Thispracticecanbeusedtodeterminetherelativeperformanceofbindersandothercomponentswithintrafficpaintfortheireffectonthewater-washoffresistanceofthecoating.Somekeyelementsofthecoatingthatmayaffectwater-wash-offperformancearethequalityandtypeoflatexbinder,thedrytimeofthecoating(oftenconductedbyTestMethodD711),pigmentvolumeconcentration(PVC),andtherelativewatersensitivityofadditives(forexample,pigmentdispersants,andsurfactants)inthecoating.1.1Atrafficpaintfilmfreshlyappliedtoaroadway,airstrip,orparkinglotmaybeexposedtorainofvaryingintensitiesshortlyafterapplication.Thispracticewasdesignedtodeterminetherelativewaterwash-offresistanceofanappliedtrafficpaintfilmundercontrolledlaboratoryconditionsusingawaterfaucettosimulateaheavyrain.Thislaboratorypracticecanalsobeusedtocompareconventionalandfast-drywaterbornetrafficpaintsandtheeffectsofbindersandothercomponentsintrafficfortheirrelativeabilitytowithstandaheavyrainsoonafterapplication.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:1GeneralThispartofISO/IECISP10611containstheoverallspecificationsofthesupportofMHSElementsofServiceandassociatedMHSfunctionalitywhicharegenerallynotappropriateforconsiderationonlyfromtheperspectiveofasingleMHSprotocol.ThesespecificationsformpartoftheCommonMessagingapplicationfunctions,asdefinedinthepartsofISO/IECISP10611,whichformacommonbasisforcontenttype-dependentInternationalStandardizedProfilesforMHSthatwillbedeveloped.SuchspecificationsareinmanycasesapplicabletomorethanoneMHSprotocolorareotherwiseconcernedwithcomponentfunctionalitywhich,althoughitcanbeverifiedviaprotocol,isnotjustrelatedtoprotocolsupport.TheyarethereforedesignedtobereferencedintheMHSCommonMessagingapplicationprofilesISO/IECISP10611-3(AMH11),ISO/IECISP10611-4(AMH12andAMH14),ISO/IECISP10611-5(AMH13)andISO/IECISP10611-6(AMH15),whichspecifythesupportofspecificMHSprotocolsandassociatedfunctionality.ThespecificationsinthispartofISO/IECISP10611covertheprovisionanduseoffeaturesassociatedwiththeMessageTransfer(MT)Service(MTS)(asdefinedinclause8ofISO/IEC10021-1),togetherwiththosefeaturesassociatedwithintercommunicationwithPhysicalDelivery(PD)Services(asdefinedinclause10ofISO/IEC10021-1).FeatureswhichareassociatedwiththeMessageStore(MS)andUserAgent(UA)whicharecontenttype-independentarealsocovered.Featureswhicharespecifictoaparticularcontenttype(includingtheprovisionofservicesbyaUAtoanMHSuser)arecoveredinseparatecontenttype-dependentISPs.ThespecificationsinthispartofISO/IECISP10611aredividedintobasicrequirements,whicharerequiredtobesupportedbyallMHSimplementations,andanumberofoptionalfunctionalgroups,whichcoversignificantdiscreteareasofrelatedfunctionalitywhicharenotrequiredtobesupportedbyallimplementations.AnoverviewofthescopeandapplicabilityoftheAMH1nsetofprofilesandofthestructureofISO/IECISP10611isprovidedinannexE.2PositionwithinthetaxonomyThispartofISO/IECISP10611isthefirstpart,ascommontext,ofamultipartISPidentifiedinISO/IECTR10000-2as"AMH1,MessageHandlingSystems-CommonMessaging".ThispartofISO/IECISP10611doesnot,onitsown,specifyanyprofiles.
