【摘要】:Theobjectofthispartistodefinethegeneralprinciplesandthetechnicaldetailsofthemeasurementofthemagneticpropertiesofmagneticsheetsbymeansofasinglesheettester.ThispartofIEC60404isapplicableatpowerfrequenciesto:a)grainorientedmagneticsheetandstrip:forthemeasurementbetween1,0Tand1,8Tof:-specifictotalloss;-specificapparentpower;-r.m.s,valueofthemagneticfieldstrength;forthemeasurementuptopeakvaluesofmagneticfieldstrengthof1000A/mof:-peakvalueofthemagneticpolarization;-peakvalueofthemagneticfieldstrength.b)non-orientedmagneticsheetandstrip:forthemeasurementbetween0,8Tand1,5Tof:-specifictotalloss;-specificapparentpower;-r.m.s,valueofexcitationcurrent;forthemeasurementuptopeakvaluesofmagneticfieldstrengthof10000A/mof:-peakvalueofthemagneticpolarization;-peakvalue'ofthemagneticfieldstrength.Thesinglesheettesterisapplicabletotestspecimensobtainedfrommagneticsheetsandstripsofanyquality.Themagneticcharacteristicsaredeterminedforasinusoidalinducedvoltage,forspecifiedpeakvaluesofmagneticpolarizationandforaspecifiedfrequency.Themeasurementsaremadeatanambienttemperatureof23℃±5℃ontestspecimenswhichhavefirstbeendemagnetized.NOTEThroughoutthispartthequantity"magneticpolarization"isusedasdefinedinIEC60050(901).InsomestandardsoftheIEC60404series,thequantity"magneticfluxdensity"wasused.
