【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeter-minationofthereactivityofunsaturatedpolyesterresinsascharacterizedbythemaximumtemperaturereachedbyasolu-tionofunsaturatedpolyesterresinandcatalystwhenheatedinawater-bathat80℃,bythetimetakenforthetemperatureofthemixturetorisefrom65℃tothismaximumtemperature,andalso,ifthemaximumtemperatureexceeds90℃,bythetimetakenforthetemperaturetorisefrom65to90℃.Thesecharacteristicsgiveanindicationoftheprocessingbehaviourofunsaturatedpolyesterresinsandcanbeusedtocompareresinsofsimilartype.Asthetestresultsdependverymuchontheconditionsunderwhichthetestiscarriedout,theseconditionsaredescribedindetail.NOTES1Ifthemethodisusedtotestcommercialbenzoylperoxidecatalyst,theresultsshouldbecomparedwiththoseobtainedforthesameresinusingpurebenzoylperoxide.2Byagreementbetweentheinterestedparties,certaintestcon-ditionscanbemodified:suchasthetesttemperature(temperatureofthethermostaticallycontrolledbath)andthequantityandtypeofcatalystsystem(mixturesofcatalysts,combinationsofcatalystsandaccelerators).
