【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationdefinestheprinciplesandspecifiesthenatureoftheinformationtobesuppliedforacceptanceofamethodasanannextoISO21569,ISO21570orISO21571.Italsospecifiestheprocessforadding,amendingandretainingmethodsannexedtothesestandards.ThisTechnicalSpecificationisnecessaryinordertoattainconsistencyinmethodsthataretobeemployedaspartofthestandards.Itdoesnotcoverthespecificsofthedevelopmentofamethodorlaboratoryset-up.TheoperationoflaboratoriesiscoveredinISO/IEC17025.Methodvalidationisinstrumentalinassessingthereliabilityofatestmethod.Itscentralroleistoestablishnumericalvaluesfortheperformancecriteriathataretobeestablished.ISO24276includesdetailsonmethodvalidation,takingintoconsiderationspecifictechnicalissuesrelatedtothedetectionofgeneticallymodifiedorganismsandderivedproducts.Giventheattentionto,andwidespreaduseofdeoxyribonucleicacid-basedtestsorprotein-basedtests,andtheimplicationstotradeofanydiscrepanciesintestresults,asingle-laboratoryvalidationismostlikelynotwarrantedinthiscaseandamulti-centremethodvalidationcouldbeperformedaccordingtotheinternationalguidelines.
