【摘要】:ThisStandardestablishesrequirementsforaLevel1PRAofinternalandexternaleventsforallplantoperatingmodes(lowpowerandshutdownmodeswillbeincludedatafuturedate).Inaddition,thisStandardestablishesrequirementsforalimitedLevel2PRAsufficienttoevaluatelargeearlyreleasefrequency(LERF).Theonlyinitiatingeventsexplicitlyexcludedfromthescopeareaccidentsresultingfrompurposefulhumaninducedsecuritythreats(e.g.,sabotage).ThisStandardappliestoPRAsusedtosupportapplicationsofriskinformeddecision-makingrelatedtodesign,licensing,procurement,construction,operation,andmaintenance.Theserequirementsarewrittenforoperatingpowerplants.Theymaybeusedforplantsunderdesignorconstruction,foradvancedLWRs,orforotherreactordesigns,butrevisedoradditionalrequirementsmaybeneeded.
